2.Vote that search results are positive or negative-1 point per vote
3. Comment on results-1 point per comment

Also, it pulls its results from google, live search, and yahoo. If you want, you can tell it to pull all search results directly from any of the 3, or choose the percentages at which results appear from each engine. Also, for commenting, there is this thing called the scour bar(or something like that) that follows you to your site if you click the link from scour. It allows you to comment on the site and vote on it after you visit the site, and not before you visit if you want to. You can disable it at any time.
You can only make up to 3 points from searching, so if you want to make points fast, just vote twice after each search. That kinda ruins if you vote just to get points. Atleast vote honestly. The point of scour is to build somewhat of a social searching network. Thats what the positive and negative voting and comments are for. To let other searchers know what results are good and which aren't.
You can get up to 100 points per day excluding bonus points. You can get as many of those as you want in a day. Bonu spoints come in the form of referral friend points and other random things. The only way that I recall getting points other than referrals is the 50 point bonus you get for installing their toolbar for the first time. I use it so I can search directly from the addressbar because it really helps.
Referral points are my favorite thing about it. You have multiple ways to refer people, including email and links of course. You can simply give somebody your link, and they sing up unde rit. Then, you simple make 25% of what they make. Lets say I refer somebody to scour. That same day, they get 100 points from searching, voting, and commenting. 250 points would be added to my account simply because I referred them, and 25 is 25% of 100, which is the amount they made. It doesn't take any points from them, but it just gives me more points. Nobody loses out. It can get really cool if you get a big network of people, and then they refer their friends and so on....
You aren't going to get cash right away though. 6500 points for 25 bucks. They also have 50 and 100 dollar cards. It doesnt take too long. I already have enough for 25 bucks, but I want to save up for 50 bucks.
Conclusion:
This is a good way to get extra cash without any real effort, as well as seing positive results so you can know what links you should or shouldn't click on.
